Captain Elia Chesnoff received his M.Ed. in Secondary English Education from the University of Florida in 2000 and then went on teach English I and English IV (Honors) at a small but prestigious high school in Miami called New World School for the Arts. After three years, Captain Chesnoff took a break from teaching to work as a full time magician performing throughout South Florida. He came back and to teaching in 2008 and spent a year at Venice High School. He currently teaches English 1 at the Sarasota Military Academy.
