Notes:

 

1. Obtain a Permission Slip from Capt McClaugherty, Col Brockman, or Lt Col Petrucci.

 

2. Your Permission Slip must be approved by your parent(s) and all four teachers. Any academic grade below a “C” will “ground” you until your grade(s) improve.

 

3. Permission Slip must be completed and presented to Col Brockman or Lt Col Petrucci no later than the Monday meeting of the week that you are scheduled to fly. Notify Col Brockman or Lt Col Petrucci ASAP if you are unable to make your scheduled flight for any reason so an alternate cadet can be assigned in your place.

 

4. The uniform for the flight will be the SMA Friday dress down uniform except that a CAP polo shirt will be worn in lieu of the SMA white polo shirt. Bring eyeglasses/sunglasses.

 

5. Meet at the flagpole at 1100 for transportation to the airport. Be sure to eat lunch before meeting at the flagpole and drink plenty of WATER – not soft drinks. You will be returned to SMA after the flight for pickup by your parent(s).
