Cadets Participate in the SRQ RC Club Warbird
Airshow
On the 4th
and 5th of December, CAP cadets volunteered to park cars at the
Sarasota Radio Control Club’s annual Warbird Airshow. The airshow took place at
the club’s facility located at Rothenbach Park on Beeville Road extension. SMA
cadets also participated in the opening ceremonies each day by providing a color
guard, bagpipers and drummer, and a bugler to play taps to memorialize those
lost during the attack on Pearl Harbor, December 7, 1941.
